I've been on a no dairy kick for quite a while for many reasons that I have yet to touch on (mostly because it's as addictive as sugar). So when I heard from one of my mentor's Mr. David Avocado Wolfe that you can replace his most perfect food (avocado) with practically anything dairy, I had to give it a try. Here I present to you one of my favorite (un)guilty pleasures: the 4 (or 6) ingredient, 2 minute chocolate mousse.
For one serving all you need is:
1 Ripe avocado
2 T maple syrup
2 T cocoa powder
1/2 t of vanilla
(you can also add the following if you're feeling spicy)
dash of cinnamon
dash of cardamom
Add these ingredients to a NutriBullet, food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate and then indulge guilt free!
